Abstract
Строительная отрасль занимает одно из ведущих мест в экономике Республики Беларусь. В современных условиях в Беларуси, как и в мире в целом, возрастает роль научного, научно-технического и инновационного потенциала в обеспечении устойчивого экономического развития страны. Научный потенциал формируется под воздействием различных факторов и во многом зависит от уровня развития отрасли, заинтересованности в применении инновационных методов производства.
