Abstract
Based on the conducted research, the article classifies the types of priority movement in the city transport system, provides an analysis of the options for placing dedicated lanes, identified advantages and disadvantages of their arrangement, as well as operational specifics, and defines promising areas for the development of lane allocation for the movement of route passenger transport in cities.
