THE ISSUES OF ACTUALIZATION OF THE NORMATIVE LITERATURE CURRENTLY IN FORCE IN THE SPHERE OF SETTING OF MECHANIZED CONSTRUCTION WORKS

Abstract

The problem in construction, which is conditioned by the normative documents currently in force, developed in the times of USSR, is considered. It is ascertained, that to improve the quality and competitiveness, to reduce power-intensity and resource demand of the production and to bring it to the standard of the best domestic and foreign analogues it is necessary to create new and process the technical normative legal acts currently in force. The process of harmonization of national standards with the European norms, which is taking place nowadays in Belarus, is shown. Lately a lot of new construction materials, products and constructions have appeared, therefore new methods of production are being developed. But in some cases at projecting of technological documentation it is impossible to estimate labour expenses correctly, because nowadays the given standard for mechanized earth works is absent in the republic.
