Abstract

The development of the construction industry has led to the emergence of new technologies that are being based on the use of high-performance car mechanisms. At present, theoretical bases and technologies for complex reconstruction of buildings and structures, the scientific principles and technology of energy conservation, etc. are developed. The main challenge which is crucial for capital construction - the introduction of advanced technology into mass production. The successful implementation of the objectives will contribute to the effective measures to improve the organization and construction technologies. An important role is given to the quality of the normative literature. This article provides an analysis of the TAP 45-1.03-63-2007, which showed the presence of norm-tive number of errors, the removal of which will help the design of high-quality installation. The ways of editing the regulation are pointed out.
