Abstract
The main reason of accidents is a great physical weariness of tank farm as a result of reservoir lifetime. That is why the question of reliability and safety of reservoir park is paid a large attention from bodies of Governmental supervision in industrial, fire and ecological safety. Safety as a part of complex safety of steel reservoirs is provided on the first stage or on stage of construction and further on the stage of maintenance. The most important element of complex safety and reliability on the stage of maintenance is repairing of steel reservoirs. The schemes of repairing of steel reservoirs depend on constructive elements and kind of defects. This approach allows to reduce laboriousness and cost price of repairing and provide operability and reliability of reservoirs.
