FORMATION OF CRACKS IN REINFORCED CONCRETE ELEMENTS AT THE JOINT ACTION OF BENDING MOMENTS, LONGITUDINAL AND LONGITUDINAL FORCES

Abstract
The article analyzes deformation approaches to the analysis of internal stresses of reinforced concrete element under the combined action of bending moments, longitudinal and transverse forces in accordance with the modified compression field theory. The main provisions of the theory of the stress-strain state of a reinforced concrete element are given in accordance with the modified compression field theory, preconditions, and dependencies. A criterion for the formation of a force crack is derived regardless of the place of its appearance in the element and is determined exclusively by the stress-strain state of the deformed element.
