APPLICATION OF THE MICROSCOPIC ANALYSIS FOR ASSESSMENT OF PROSPECT OF USE OF NOILS OF FIBRE OF THE FLAX IN PRODUCTIONS OF HEAT-INSULATING MATERIAL

Abstract
Results of researches on studying of a microstructure of noil of fiber of flax with the help of a light microscope and linen fiber with application of electronic microscopy are presented. Morphometric parameters of linen fiber of noil and elementary fibers are set. The flax fiber structure as structures from the bunches of elementary fibers of cross section in size of 50…70 microns which are densely connected among themselves is defined. At a flax fiber noil research with use of an optical microscope existence of the hollow channel in elementary fiber with a diameter of 4…6 microns is confirmed. The major factors exerting positive impact on decrease in coefficient of heat conductivity of insulating material from flax noils are revealed. The possibility of formation of mesh spatial structure from elementary fibers with a diameter of 8…12 microns provides prerequisites for receiving highly effective heat-insulating material on the basis of flax noils.
