Abstract
The principles of terrain data collection for appropriate flight safety support are characterized. Spatial data selection criteria and the concept of photogrammetric plotting of this data for the creation of digital terrain model of aerodrome territory of required accuracy are grounded. A conclusion about necessity of improvement of the processes of digital conformation and terrain data collection and handling from cartographic exploration degree analysis of aerodrome territory of Belarus is given.
