Abstract
The result of studies on the relationship changes the resistance of heat losses cottage-walling and heat value of the example of the low-rise buildings. Found that the regulations governing the thermal performance con-enforcement structures in the Republic of Belarus, the resistance values of heat transfer values for the time structures increased in the period from 1979 to 2006 to 2,4 times. Calculations heat losses of the outer walls, floors and coatings suggest an increase in regulatory value thermal resistance, but this should be preceded by the appearance of durable efficient thermal insulation materials, which term would be nearer to the service lifetime operation walling.
