THE COMPLEX BINDER BASED ON PORTLANDCEMENT AND ASH AND SLAG WASTES OF THE THERMAL POWER PLANTS

Abstract
The article presents the results of studies of the strength of cement-ash stone, mortar and concrete on a complex binder containing ash and slag wastes. The strength kinetics of the complex binder, the influence of the water-binding ratio, the hardening conditions on the strength and density of the cement-ash stone have been established. It is determined that ash and slag wastes reduce the level of activity of complex binder in the early stages of hardening. The greatest effect of strength was noted with the use of heat and moisture treatment for modified cement-ash stone with a water-binding ratio of 0.3. It is shown that at the age of 60 days the compressive strength of a mortar based on a complex binder exceeds the strength of a mortar based on Portland cement at the age of 28 days by 6%, at the age of 90 days by 10%. The expediency of using the complex binder and plasticizing additive Stahement 2000М G30 in concrete is shown.
