RESEARCH AND ASSESMENT CONCRETE PROPERTIES WITH DETECTION POSSIBLE REASON OF STRUCTURE POP-OUTS

Abstract
In article experiment researches results and theoretical assessment of possible reason local structure defects in steel concrete frames on the service life stage in the form of pop-outs are presented. For work goal achievement was determine next tasks: are defined main characteristics of primary goods (normal density, setting time and activity of used cements, including usage of superplasticizers; fineness modulus and voidage of sand); chemical analysis of free CaO and MgO in cement and concrete are accomplished; mineralogical composition for cement samples is identified; quantity of limestone grains in the sand are determinate; nominal concrete mix and heat treatment conditions are analyzed.
