Abstract
In this article questions on capital repairs of a linear part of the main oil pipelines and oil product pipelines are considered. The article is based on STP 09100.20001.017-2018 “Rules of repair of the linear part of trunk oil pipelines and oil product pipelines. Basic requirement. Execution order.’’ The article presents the issues including methods and types of overhaul MT, evaluation of the technical condition of MT, the procedure of works during overhaul MT, restoration of the normative depth of MT, organizational and technical preparation of overhaul MT, especially the production of earthworks in the winter, lifting, maintenance and laying of pipes in the winter, health and environmental issues.
