Abstract
Proposals for the formation of the youth housing complexes architecture as a new type of basic component solutions for improving the living conditions of young people in modern social and economic conditions of society development are elaborated. Social research which identify the preferences of young people in choosing new type of dwelling and living conditions in general were conducted. Functional structure of modern youth residential complex with regard of the requirements of young people to the organization of the dwelling was presented. Most popular elements of social services were identified. Proposals of formation “open” and “closed” system service in the structure of residential complex with separating them into mandatory and additional services were given. Techniques of deployment of public services elements in the structure of the youth residential complex were developed.
