Abstract

The process of accelerated production of precast concrete in factory conditions by means of intensification of its hardening is considered, particularly in the process of heat and humidity processing in curing pits, providing correspondence of the thermal action rate on hardening concrete with the peculiarities of its structure formation. For this purpose it is necessary to organise steam supply in steam-curing chambers through nozzles. In an offered design the Laval nozzles are attached to the fitting pipes disposed on a collecting channel, by means of goose-necks and are stocked loop-shaped guiding, that allows to guide heating medium to one side along steam-curing chamber walls. The example of vapour feeding system calculation in the steam-curing chamber is resulted.
