INTEGRATED ASSESSMENT OF THE GAS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM PERFORMANCE QUALITY

Abstract

This paper examines the application of generalized indicators for assessing the performance of regional engineering infrastructure systems, such as gas supply and distribution systems. The substantive structure of an aggregated indicator for the safety, resilience, and energy efficiency of gas supply is defined. Based on an analysis of mathematical methods used for data transformation, harmonization, and aggregation in indicator calculation for evaluation systems, a mathematical framework for calculating an aggregated indicator of the performance quality for a gas supply organization has been developed.
