COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION AS A SUFFERER IN THE SYSTEM OF CONTRACTUAL LEGAL RELATIONS (ON THE EXAMPLE OF AGRICULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS)

Abstract
On the example of agricultural organizations of the Republic of Belarus, the problem of management in a joint-stock company is considered. The emphasis is on management in the joint-stock company, namely: the powers of the director. Attention is drawn to the phenomenon of a conflict of interest in a joint-stock company and the legal consequences of this phenomenon. In relation to the research topic, such categories as legal personality, abuse of right, integrity and reasonableness, etc. The article also considers the legal status of agricultural enterprises in terms of contractual legal relations. Reference is made to contractual practice.
