Abstract
The article discusses the Institute of public procurement. Defines the legal basis of the Institute of public procurement of goods, works and services, as well as sources of legal regulation of these relations. Defines the principles of public procurement of goods, works and services, subject composition relationship for public procurement of goods, works, services and other participants in legal relations on public procurement. Special attention is given to items considered legal and civil contractual forms used in public procurement. Address issues relating to public procurement procedures. Participants are defined powers in legal relations and the legal consequences of the procedure. The characteristics of individual elements of the legal relationship of public procurement and its content. Announces the Institute of public procurement issues and suggests possible ways of solving them. Formulate conclusions and recommendations on the topic.
