METHODS AND TOOLS OF THE GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

Abstract
The article discusses direct (administrative) and indirect (economic) methods of government regulation of entrepreneurship. Direct regulation instruments include administrative regulation, taxation, licensing, currency regulation, customs regulation, privatization, subsidies, and public procurement. Indirect state regulation of entrepreneurship includes monetary regulation, price regulation, antitrust regulation, insurance, market infrastructure development, and the development of infrastructure to support small and medium-sized businesses. The tools of government regulation of entrepreneurship presented in the article are analyzed within the framework of the current regulatory legal framework of the Republic of Belarus. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the comprehensive analysis and systematization of the instruments of state regulation of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Belarus, which allows for a deeper understanding of the role of the state in creating institutional conditions for the development of entrepreneurship in the conditions of the Belarusian model of socially oriented market economy.
