SUBSTANTIATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE STAGES OF FINANCE MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN CAPITAL ON A BASIS OF CAPITAL COST CONCEPTS AND MONETARY STREAM DISCOUNTING

Abstract
It is considered the base concepts of financial management in which context it is expedient to consider a category «human capital». It is proved that in the appendix to finance administration of human capital the most actual and practice focused things are capital cost concepts and monetary stream discounting. On the basis of research of existing practice of financial management of various objects and the maintenance of capital cost concepts and monetary stream discounting, it is worked out the basic stages of finance administration of human capital: a substantiation of the purposes of finance administration of human capital on the basis of capital cost concept. An establishment of the criteria characterizing purposes achievement; a definition of problems of finance administration of human capital; a substantiation of indicators for an estimation of performance of problems of financial management of human capital; realization of decisions; current control over decision realization; estimation of productivity of accepted and realized decisions.
