Abstract

Allocation of contours image based on the calculation of the gradient image, which is defined as a vector quantity, which indicates the direction of rapid growth of intensity the image colors. Application the method of selection in the thermograms circuits is carried out by determining the gradient of the most chilled to the heated areas of the myocardium, and vice versa, as well as for remote control of the temperature in the cardiopulmonary bypass. The method makes it possible during open-heart surgery to determine the contours of the local areas of the myocardium with temperature extremes. The analysis of thermal images open surface of the heart shows an association between the state of the myocardium and heterogeneity thermograms. On the qualitative level analysis of thermal images allows explore the terrain and the temperature distribution of the hot and cold zones. Quantitative analysis makes it possible to refine the results of visual analysis of thermal images and quantify the difference between the temperature of the investigated area and surrounding tissues on the surface.
