ASSESSMENT OF THE NORMATIVE PROTECTION INDICATOR OF SPEECH SIGNAL BY MEANS OF COMPLEX SIGNAL WITH A LARGE BASE

Abstract
This paper proposes a method of assessing a normative protection indicator of speech signal by the criterion of speech intelligibility in the k-band of equal to intelligibility of the speech signal in a high noise level by means of complex measuring signal with a large base. The value of the normative protection indicator of speech signal is defined as a ratio of protection indicator of speech signal in a form of a numeric value signal/noise ratio of the measuring complex signal with a large base at the output of speech data leakage channel to the numerical value standard indicator of the signal/noise ratio of the measuring harmonic signal provided that the signal/noise ratio of the original measuring signals are equal. The advantage of the complex measuring signal with a large base over harmonic signal when assessing protection of speech data leakage channels is shown.
