Abstract

The algorithm of control by the automated work of power source of the electron beam equipment with use of the industrial microcontroller is considered. The operational modes allowing to provide in full the main technological operations are described. The UML chart of interrelations of elements of control and regulation is submitted. The algorithm can be used as basis for control program creation by an electron beam power complex on the basis of a gun with a plasma electrons source.
