ЖАНР LADLIT И ТВОРЧЕСТВО М. ЭМИСА

Аннотация
Исследуется жанр Ladlit, который является реакцией против постмодернистской и феминистской трансформации мужественности. Исследуются два противоречивых отношения к жанру: с одной стороны, Ladlit направлен против чрезмерной феминизации культуры, нарушившей природные гендерные отличия, и провозглашает возврат к основным мужским ценностям; с другой стороны, жанр является регрессией к старомодным сексизму и мизогинии, представленным под видом иронии и сатиры. Рассматривается спор литературных критиков относительно того, является ли Эмис, типичный представитель жанра, закоренелым женоненавистником либо он иронично и сатирично пародирует, перекодирует и деконструирует устаревший сексизм для изображения терминальной стадии моральной деградации общества, поскольку бесчувственные протагонисты его романов представлены деградировавшими мизантропами, антигероями, дегенератами.
