THE REICHSLEITER ROSENBERG TASKFORCE AND ITS ACTIVITIES IN RELATION TO THE MUSEUM, BOOK AND ARCHIVAL FUNDS OF BELARUS (1941–1944)

Abstract
In this article, based on the involvement of a wide range of sources, including archival documents first introduced into scientific circulation, the activities of the Reichsleiter Rosenberg Taskforce in relation to cultural values in the occupied Belarusian territories during the Great Patriotic War are considered. In particular, the main directions and stages in the work of the headquarters with museum, book, archival collections and collections on the territory of Belarus are identified and substantiated. The author introduces a significant layer of data that allows expanding and clarifying the understanding of the functioning of the structural units of the Reichsleiter Rosenberg Taskforce in Belarus in 1941–1944.
