Abstract

Deals with the state of affairs regarding the organization of special construction on the territory of the Belostok region of the BSSR on the eve of the Great Patriotic War. Shows the problems with the organization of special construction by the forces of the local population, the reasons for the current situation and describes the main stages of the development of labor and horse-drawn duties. The state of affairs in providing construction projects with building materials, horses, carts and people is analyzed.
