THE EVOLUTION OF THE COMPLEX FORMING GROUPS OF METAL-CUTTING MACHINES

Abstract
Kinematic structure of machine tools is considered as a unification of kinematic groups, each of which plays a definite movement. The simple and complex forming groups, and the evolution of complex forming groups are analysed. Machine tool gearing, reproducible complex forming groups that mimic certain power transmission: worm screw, rack and pinion etc. is represented. A complex hybrid of forming groups of mechatronic machine-tool systems containing the block diagram of typical electronic integrated circuits; the system of synchronization of movement of Executive bodies of complex hybrid forming groups are considered. The features of the setting, “the trajectory of complex Executive movements” reproduced forming hybrid groups are shown.
