KINEMATIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL SUPPORT FOR FORMING THE REGULAR MICRORELIEF OF SPHERICAL SURFACES OF PARTS BY COMBINED CUTTING WITH CUTTING

Abstract
The kinematic features of the processing of spherical surfaces by a rotating tool at a high cutting speed, the formation of a cutting surface and a cut layer, and the angles of the blade in the cutting process are analyzed. The results of experimental studies of the physical characteristics of the cut sheet, microrelief and microhardness of the resulting surface of the component are presented, including after coating with TiN by the ion-plasma method, confirming a decrease in the height of irregularities and an increase in microhardness in comparison with the traditional methods of obtaining spherical surfaces.
