Abstract

Based on the analysis of the factors influencing cutting capacity of a segment diamond wheel technological and operational parameters are determined, control of which will allow to increase cutting capacity of the tool and consequently to increase intensity of carrying out the wrecking connected to disassembling of the blockages formed as a result of building collapses and constructions. Mechanical characteristics of the sheaf modified by ultradispersible diamonds are probed. It is set that hardness of the modified sheaves is higher, and the friction coefficient is lower, than at clean ligaments. Tests of the cutting circles with the segments made on the modified sheaf are carried out. The grid of an experiment is constructed on the basis of uniformly the distributed sequences (LP-sequence). The mathematical model of process of cutting in case of execution of a wrecking which will allow to predict cutting capacity of a diamond tool and consequently periods of performance of work by a computing experiment is developed.
