Abstract

Designs and computer models of single-stage and two-stage radial plunger ball reducers are developed. Modeling of multistage reducers was performed with use of the developed modular principle of the automated design. The models allowing to determine angular speed, angular acceleration, forces and torques in the transmissions at the conditions close to the operational are developed for an assessment of kinematics and dynamics of the studied transmissions. The model is developed for a kinematic transmission accuracy assessment and angular movements of an output shaft of the reducer with the simulated loading are got. The analysis of the amplitude-frequency spectrum got by decomposition of a kinematic error function of planetary radial plunger transmission in the Fourier series is performed.
