DEVELOPMENT OF THE METHOD OF CALCULATION OF HEAT EXCHANGES FROM PLASTIC DEFORMATION AT COLD PILGRER ROLLER PIPE

Abstract
The main current dependencies are considered, which allow correctly calculate the heat release from plastic deformation during cold pilger roll rolling of pipes. On the basis of the available dependencies, it is proposed to further develop the method of calculating the thermal divisions, which makes it possible to take into account the features of the presented process. The results of the calculations are checked during the practice of calculating the working parameters of the working surfaces of the deformation tool for cold piston roller rolling and prove the validity of the method.
