ANALYSIS AND REALIZATION OF CONTROL METHOD OF COMPLEX MULTI-FACETED SURFACE MACROGEOMETRY IN METAL-CUTTING TECHNOLOGY

Abstract
The object of research is the diagrams of the kinematic profiling of complex multi-faceted surfaces by the trace method with continuous motion of pressure. Kinematic, geometry and combined control methods of macrogeometry of the mentioned surfaces with congruent and different shaped faces in the processing of cutting heads according to counter and climb cutting schemes are analyzed. The effect of the kinematic, constructive and configuration factors on macrogeometry of multi-faceted surfaces and the number of formed facets during the combining of the processes of formation and division is established. Kinematic structure and layout of the machine for the processing of cylindrical and conical multi-faceted surfaces and also multi-faceted surfaces with screw faces are considered. The possibility of complete machining of products with multi-faceted, circular and other surfaces on this machine are shown.
