THE INFLUENCE OF WATER CONTENT ON THE STABILITY OF THE EMULSION BASED ON OILY EXHAUST PRODUCTS

Abstract
Results of experimental researches of influence of water content on the stability of the emulsion based on oily exhaust products are prepared with the help of shock waves arising from the operation of the pneumatic transducer. On the basis of studies determined the optimal water content in the emulsion, allowing to obtain an emulsion with sufficient stability for its industrial use as a lubricant forms in the production of concrete products. Recommendations to improve the technology, allowing to solve the issues of occupational safety and health of employees and the protection of the environment from the harmful effects of spent oil-containing products and technical solutions of detergents.
