THE PROPERTIES AND PROMISING AREAS OF PROCESSING RESIDUAL PRODUCT OF THE PROCESS “UNICRACKING”

Abstract
The directions of complex processing of residual product of of hydrocracking of a petroleum vacuum distillate are considered. Regularities of change of properties of residual product of “Unicracking” process (UOP) depending on properties of the processed raw materials are revealed. Results of the comparative analysis of group structure of raw materials for “Unicracking” process – a vacuum gasoil, and residual product of “Unicracking” process are given. It is shown, that thanks to the high content of saturated hydrocarbons, the above product possesses a high viscosity index and low value of the BMCI index. Regularities of change of properties and distribution of various groups of hydrocarbons on the fractions allocated from residual product of “Unicracking” process are revealed. The possible directions of complex processing of residual product of “Unicracking” process are offered. It is shown, that fractionation of the rest of “Unicracking” process will allow to receive raw materials for production of basic oils with the set range of change of viscosity and high viscosity-temperature characteristics, and also to increase quality of raw materials for pyrolysis process.
