Abstract

The relevance of the work lies in the fact that recently in the world the production of biofuels and biofuel additives in existing fuels has been increasing, in particular vegetable oil in diesel fuel. As a rule, this is associated with a number of difficulties in analyzing the quality of fuel mixtures, since they form an azeotropic mixture. The features of the distillation of azeotropic mixtures of diesel fuel with vegetable oil are studied. To determine the dependences of the boiling point on the concentration, mixtures of diesel fuel and vegetable oil of various concentrations were taken and their fractional distillation was carried out using standard AD86 5G distillation and PMD-100 microdistillation devices. The effectiveness of the application and properties of biodiesel fuel compositions were studied. The fractional composition of these fuels is presented. The main characteristics and world experience of using vegetable oil waste are given.
