POSTERIOR ESTIMATION OF HEALTH LOSS RISK OF MAINTENANCE WORKERS AT MODERN OIL REFINERIES

Abstract
The results of evaluation of the posterior part of the health damage occupational risk in terms of morbidity with temporary loss of working capacity among auxiliary production workers at the oil refinery are presented. Data on the number of cases and days of temporary disability in the exposed group and in the relative control group on the basis of classes and nosological disease forms are analyzed. Their structure and dynamics over a five-year period are determined. Quantitative assessment of occupational health risk educed in terms of relative risk and etiologic fraction has enabled to reveal a significant degree of production causality of ascertained health state disorders in the exposed group. The results of complex studies have allowed to scientifically substantiate the need for the development and implementation of prevention and treatment and rehabilitation measures aimed at health loss risks reducing of maintenance workers at modern oil refineries.
