ANALYSIS AND REALIZATION OF METHODS OF SHAPING NON-CIRCULAR SURFACES OF PROFILED TORQUE TRANSMITTING CONNECTION

Abstract
The article presents the characteristics of the methods of non-circular surfaces forming. Patterns of tool interaction with a nominal surface of the product with the full and partial shaping are considered. Method of structural description of surface profiling schemes is proposed. Recommendations regarding the selection of profiling schemes of non-circular surfaces in the design of machine tools are given.
