Abstract

We consider a two-step design feature of the worm, one-step mating worm wheel. Different-stepper this worm on opposite sides of the profile provided by its location on the conical coil initial surface. The feasibility of expanding the technical capabilities of the kinematic structure of the machine for the treatment of single-step worm cup-cutter cutting through the possibility of two-step worms with conical initial surface. The conditions of the mathematical addition of the two movements in one executive agency, and on this basis the option of upgrading non-differential kinematic structure of the machine with a common one-step motor for cutting worms. Developed version of the modernization of the block diagram of the machine with separate motors for groups shaping movements. The technique of setting both structural schemes.
