Abstract

We propose a method for processing of screw cylindrical gears with inclined teeth with worm mills. The principle of kinematic trajectory helical motion playback tool for pitch cone, providing appropriate machines through readjustment of the settings on the trajectory of the complex t three-element movement is assumed as a basis. Kinematic structure of the designed gear hobbing machine, which implements the proposed method of treatment can also be used in modernization of up-to-date universal milling machines with different levels of automation for expanding of their technical potential.
