INFLUENCE OF THE MODE OF RESISTANCE SPOT WELDING ON THE LEVEL OF MAGNETIC FIELD IN THE WORKING AREA OF A WELDER

Abstract
Influence of the mode of resistance spot welding on the level of magnetic field (MF) in the working area of a welder is studied. Results of experimental research of the influence of the welding mode parameters, chosen by technologists, and of distance from current-carrying elements of welding circuit on the indicator of exceeding of the level of MF according to up-to-date medical requirements are presented. Recommendations on protection of welders from MF for developers of resistance spot welding machines, technologists and users of these machines are proposed. Results of research of protective properties of screening materials from soft magnetic bands from amorphous alloy on the basis of cobalt are presented. An apron for welders for protection from E-field radiation is developed.
