METHOD OF MOMENTS AND DYNAMICS OF SORPTION CAPACITY AT SHORT TIMES

Abstract
In the paper a probability-theoretic approach to modelling the dynamic sorption capacity of Henry for short times is developed. Exponential asymptotics of differential distribution function of coordinates of the elementary adsorption, which is essentially random is defined. The formalism of determination of corrections to it based on the calculation of the initial moments of the random variable and the reduction of the corresponding equations of mathematical physics (taking into account the balance of the linked impurities and sorption kinetics) to the infinite-dimensional system of linear algebraic equations for the recurrence coefficients of polynomials is developed. The accurate solution of this system is obtained.
