DESIGN PROCEDURE OF POWER INPUTS ON CRUSHING IN A VERTICAL ROLL MILLS

Abstract
In article results theoretical and experimental researches of power of process of crushing in a vertical roll mill are resulted. The model of destruction of a material under the influence of the pressure created rotating rolls, for the first time considering as frequency rate of influence is developed at change of degree of crushing and a specific surface, and an expense of energy for not elastic deformations, work of forces of a friction and creation of new surfaces on which basis the design procedure of power inputs on process of destruction of a material is offered. Calculations of power inputs on crushing have shown good convergence not only with experimental data, but also with data on maintained abroad to vertical roll mills.
