DESIGN WORK BASES OF ECCENTRIC GEAR DRIVES WITH INCREASED TECHNICAL LEVEL

Abstract
Ways of kinematic opportunities expansion and load-carrying capacity increase of eccentric gear drives by the engagement modification are considered. Methods of calculation and design of eccentric gear drives with the difference of internal involute engagement teeth numbers equal to one, distinguished by high values of transmission ratios in one stage, minimal dimensions and increased loading capacity in comparison with other existing gear drives are presented. On the basis of 3D-modelling, the most technological way of engagement modification with reference to one of hooked gearwheel is shown. Internal gear drive from a position of multipaired relationship of engagement is considered. Methods of mechanical calculation of eccentric gear drives with modified engagement and results of experimental investigation of kinematic accuracy and work smoothness of a small-sized reducer pre-production model are stated.
