Abstract
The article examines the methods of teaching technique sprint, a relay running and throwing grenades at the lesson of athletics in terms of secondary school. The data on the composition of means and methods of learning, forms of organization of the students in the classroom. In tabular material shall include: preparation of the content of the lesson of athletics and cross-country types of exercise in throwing a projectile, and exercised for learning technique sprint, a relay running and throwing grenades. The tables show the dosage and organizational guidance to the exercises.
