PEDAGOGICAL MANAGEMENT AS THE MANAGEMENT PHENOMENON IN VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Abstract

Pedagogical management in the theory and practice of management by formation is considered. It is established that the concrete definition of actions and comparison of the facts allow to carry out the thoughts’ processes of carrying over, comparison, thereby to open logic communications, to analyze, and also to prove concrete decisions, leaning upon situations from various branches of human activity. At the same time we try to see the management’s place in an education sphere among its other kinds in various branches of managing. It is shown that the knowledge of laws and regularities of the theory and management practice as a whole is more expedient for carrying out on the material which has not been connected with the pedagogical theory and practice. It will allow deeper and more thouroughly to study and to realize an education sphere as independent branch of manufacture, and the theory and practice of its management – as branch management. Studying the management’s peculiarities in other fields of person’s activity gives the chance to learn the educational branch as the sphere of people’s activity on creation of a manpower not only within the limits of education sphere establishments, but also in other fields of activity, on the basis of the personnel centers and the training centers at the enterprises at training on a workplace.
