BORDER CONTROL THEORY AS AN ELEMENT OF THE TRAINING OF BORDER GUARDS

Abstract
To counter illegal migration, smuggling and other threats in the border area of the border service requires an adequate response to the evolving situation, including the ways of international communication. One of the conditions of this task is to improve the system of special training of border guards. This requires a methodological analysis of theory of border control, as a set of disciplines that provide their training. The article analyzes the object, the object of knowledge and methods of the theory of border control. Lists the methods: observation, classification, statistical method, scientific experiment, analysis and synthesis. Disclosed to the general scientific principles of historicism, actualism, concreteness, which should ensure that the objective content of the theoretical training of border control.
