ASYMMETRICAL INFORMATION IN CULTURE OR AN EFFECT OF INVERTED TIME

Abstract

An appearance of symmetrical and asymmetrical information in culturological researches is described; main factors and descriptions of abstract culture information systems are considered. For the first time in the article the author gives a proof of an adverse time effect as past information prosess determined by morden information systems. The principle idea put forward in the article is that asymmetrical information is a resalt of space-time incoherent of information systems. Information analysis is carried out through the example of XIX-th century Byelorussian culture as an abstract information system.
