LEVEL OF PHYSICAL, TECHNICAL, PSYCHO-PHYSIOLOGICAL FITNESS OF ORIENTEERING SPORTSMEN DEPENDING ON QUALIFICATION

Abstract
Educational training process of orienteering is multifacet. Orienteering is a kind of sport, where high physical strains are combined with intellectual toil. To achieve high results an athlete has to solve lots of technical-tactical tasks. The solution is based on perception and on processing of information, sensomotor reaction and intellectual operations. That's why all the training has to be built on the basis of control and evaluation of the level of development of physical qualities, mastering of orienteering techniques and psychodiagnostics. In the course of training different components of psychological state of the participants and the level of development of their mental qualities, necessary to achieve high sport results, are estimated.
