EVALUATION OF THE WORKSHOP FOR PARENTS ON NON-VIOLENT METHODS OF UPBRINGING

Abstract

The article discusses methods of prevention of domestic violence against children. A workshop with elements of training for parents “Nonviolent methods of upbringing» is described. According to the data, the workshop contributes to raising awareness about violent and nonviolent parenting methods, as well as it influences the assessment of parents of these methods. After the workshop, parents gave a higher assessment of nonviolent parenting methods, and the parents lowered their assessment in relation to violent parenting methods.
