Abstract

In article were studied social representations of tourists – men and women, representatives from different countries visiting the Republic of Belarus of the hospitality industry employees by the method of semantic differential by 21 personal characteristics. As a result of cluster analysis, 8 clusters were identified. The first cluster included men and women of Ukraine, Italy and women of Russia. The second cluster consisted of men from Russia and Turkey. The third cluster was formed exclusively by Turkish woman. The fourth cluster was formed by men and women of Belarus. The fifth cluster included women from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, France and United States. The sixth cluster was formed by women of Lithuania, Latvia, Israel, Estonia, China. The seventh cluster included men from Israel and China. The eighth cluster was formed by men of Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, France, United States, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Switzerland, Germany. Were identified and described differences between clusters.
