THE EVOLUTION MODELS OF THE COMMUNICATION IN THE MODERN MEDICINE

Abstract
The article deals with the main types of communication between doctor and patient in the modern medicine. This topic is one of the most relevant, because communication problems can significantly affect the treatment process. The author points out the interdisciplinary nature of this issue, connection between the evolution of models and a particular type of society. The classical concept of medical paternalism is supplemented by the concept of paternalistic coercion by J. Dvorkin. The inevitability of the paternalistic tendencies in the considering of socially significant benefits is noted. The author considers the shortcomings of the autonomous model and explains why there was a transition from the autonomous model to the technocratic one.
